We turn technology into measurable business outcomes.

If you run a company, the question is not which software to buy. It is where value is leaking: margin that slips away, follow-up that gets forgotten, decisions made without evidence. Zherpa designs the system that makes that value visible, governable and measurable.

Human in Command

Technology acts; the human directs.

Where is your business leaking value?
01 The problem

Technology does not fix a business without a system.

Many companies buy CRM, ERP, dashboards, automations and AI, but still operate with friction, rework, poor data, low adoption and decisions without evidence.

Underused Zoho

Apps installed but not connected to the real operating model.

CRM as database

Sales teams capture information without management discipline.

Poor visibility

Margin, collection, pipeline and operations are not visible enough.

Ungoverned AI

AI is attractive, but risky without limits, permissions and traceability.

02 What we do

We turn disconnected processes into intelligent business operating systems.

Zherpa connects strategy, process, technology, data and decision-making through Zoho, automation and governed AI.

Business architecture

Processes, roles, rules, data and decision flows.

Zoho implementation

CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Analytics, Desk and more.

AI agents

Guardian and cognitive amplification agents with human oversight.

Governance

03 Zoho as operating system

Zoho should not be a collection of applications.

We use Zoho to connect sales, finance, operations, service, talent, documents, automation and analytics into a coherent business architecture.

CRM

Sales direction, pipeline and follow-up.

Books

Financial visibility, invoicing and collection.

Creator + Flow

04 Digital workforce Updated · July 2026

42 AI agents, already built and proven. Choose who joins your team.

Every agent in this catalog has already been designed, implemented and tested in real operations — and the agentic platform Zoho released in 2026 made them more capable without changing your investment. What comes next is not development from scratch: it is adapting them to your catalog, your rules and your people. In an era saturated with AI promises, this is the opposite: a team that already exists, ready to work in yours.

Already operating in real companies They adapt to your operation, not the other way around Sensitive decisions always carry a human signature

Sales Anti-Leak Agent

You already paid for those leads. Stop giving them away.

It replies in minutes on WhatsApp and whichever channel your client prefers, qualifies with context, books the meeting, updates your Zoho CRM and chases every opportunity at its best moment — so no sale dies of silence. This isn't another software: it's the recoverer of the sales you're already losing.

  • Every morning you'll see what matters: leads answered in minutes, meetings booked, opportunities reactivated and pipeline defended.
  • It never improvises prices, discounts or delivery promises: it answers only from your authorized sources, with an auditable log of every decision.
  • Built on four proven agents from this catalog: SDR, Follow-Up, Opportunity Analyzer and Pipeline Hygiene.
Launch priority access — the list is served in order of arrival.

40 Executive Control

AI Governance

Audits limits, permissions, versions and logs across your whole agent portfolio, with native observability and rollback for every change.

AI that scales as a governed force, not a collection of experiments

The agents mark the starting point; scope, stack and timelines are defined in the diagnostic. No sensitive decision — discounts, credit, hiring, cancellations — is ever executed without explicit human approval.

The advantage of already having Zoho

Built on the Zoho you already pay for — and its 2026 agentic stack.

All 42 agents operate inside the Zoho ecosystem — the same place where your data, permissions and daily operation already live — and today they run on a complete agentic platform: a no-code agent factory with more than 700 ready-made actions, digital employees with their own identity, unified assistance across applications, and open interoperability. That changes the equation against hiring loose AI for every department:

  • Security and privacy Your information does not travel to third-party platforms: agents work inside your Zoho perimeter, with its encryption and access controls — and if you choose an external model, the connection is governed from there, not the other way around.
  • Inherited governance The roles, permissions and audit trails you already configured apply to the agents too — even when they operate as digital employees with their own identity, log and versions.
  • Rational cost Zoho's agent platform adds no extra cost and includes a monthly AI allowance that covers typical SMB usage. Your investment works harder; it doesn't get duplicated.
  • Weeks, not months The infrastructure already exists and the agents are already built; the work is adapting them, not starting from zero.

When an agent needs to cross the Zoho boundary — documents, external systems, advanced models — it connects through MCP, the open protocol Zoho itself already exposes, under the same governance: limits, traceability and Human in Command.

Before deciding

The questions a director asks before signing.

Why build this inside Zoho, when I could connect Claude — or any LLM — to my systems and get the same results?

It's the right question, and the answer isn't dogmatic: we use both architectures ourselves. The fundamental difference is who initiates the work.

Claude connected through MCP is a brilliant interface for whoever asks: deep analysis, documents, reasoning across several systems at once. But it is reactive — it works when a person opens the chat, knows what to ask and has the discipline to do it every day. The quality of the result depends on the operator, and the knowledge stays in that conversation.

An agent inside Zoho doesn't wait to be asked. It fires on your operation's events — a lead came in, an invoice expired, a ticket changed tone — and acts for the whole team, with each person's permissions, leaving an auditable record in the same system where the work happens. Your data never leaves the perimeter, and the outcome doesn't depend on someone remembering to ask.

That's why our architecture defines stack levels: the repetitive, event-driven work lives inside Zoho; complex analysis across systems and documents can use Claude via MCP, under the same governance. And the boundary is no longer a wall: Zoho itself exposes its applications through MCP, so an external agent — Claude included — can operate the CRM inheriting each user's permissions, with OAuth and logging. We design both sides of that boundary. It isn't Claude or Zoho — it's putting each capability where it produces value. A chat with access to your systems is still a person asking; a digital workforce watches your operation without anyone asking.

Can I start with a single agent?

Yes — and it's usually the right call. Start where it hurts most: receivables nobody collects, a pipeline that lies, quotes that erode margin. The two featured agents above are exactly that: the PM Agent runs in production today answering on project progress, tasks and billing, and the Commercial Control Tower was just hired by a sales leadership team with a single mandate — turn their data into decisions. One well-adopted agent opens the door to the next; ten half-adopted ones open none.

How soon do I see results?

Each agent estimates two to eight weeks depending on complexity, because they are already built: the work is adapting them to your catalog, your rules and your people. The real timeline is set by your company — data quality, process clarity and your team's availability. A three-week agent takes two in a well-organized company and six in one that first needs to put its information in order. That's why the diagnostic comes before any promise.

What if my data isn't ready?

An agent is only as good as the context it operates in. Perfection isn't required — a minimum level of quality is, and the diagnostic measures it before implementing. If the foundation is missing, we tell you and put it in order first; that's what agents like the Data Guardian exist for. Deploying intelligence on broken data only produces faster errors, and that's not business we want.

How much does it cost?

The investment depends on scope: processes, data, departments involved and depth of implementation. One fact that helps size it: Zoho's agent platform adds no extra cost — you pay only AI consumption, with a monthly allowance included — so the investment with Zherpa goes into what the platform doesn't bring out of the box: the design, the adaptation to your operation and the governance. One rule is fixed: we don't sell agents that won't work. The diagnostic determines which are viable today, which need preparation first, and which we don't recommend in your current state. We'd rather tell you "not yet" than charge you for an implementation mirage. And since we're not a Zoho commercial partner, we carry no channel quotas: the criterion belongs to the business, not to a license target.

Who answers if an agent makes a mistake?

A person with a name, because that's how it's designed from day one. Every agent operates under an explicit contract: what it can do, what it must never do, when it stops and who it escalates to. Each decision's risk is classified before it's delegated, and the high-impact ones — discounts, credit, hiring, cancellations — always carry a human signature. Traceability lets you audit every action. The agent is the multiplier; risk control is human.

Does this replace my team?

No. The goal isn't fewer people: it's making the people you already have produce more and better. Agents absorb the repetitive — classifying, reminding, chasing, filling fields — and your team keeps what truly requires judgment and relationships. It's not about doing more with less; it's about doing better with what you already have.

Why with Zherpa?

Three verifiable reasons. First, track record: more than 30 years in business consulting, 1,400+ projects and 22 years inside the Zoho ecosystem — we know where implementations fail because we've watched many fail. Second, independence: we are not an official Zoho partner, so nobody pays us to sell you more applications; we design what your operation needs. Third, governance is not our slogan but our doctrine: Human in Command is a published method we apply to every agent, starting with the ones already operating in production with real clients.
